Automatic two-way sync between GetAFix and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Overview
Tally is the most widely used accounting software in Indian workshops. GetAFix syncs every invoice, receipt, parts purchase and expense to Tally so your accountant never has to re-enter data.
What syncs
- GetAFix invoices → Tally sales vouchers (with GST, HSN, party ledger)
- Customer receipts → Tally receipt vouchers
- Parts purchase bills → Tally purchase vouchers
- Expenses → Tally payment vouchers
- Tally masters (customers, parts, ledgers) → pulled into GetAFix
How to set it up
- Install the GetAFix Tally connector on your Tally machine
- Configure credentials and company selection in GetAFix settings
- Map accounts heads (Sales, Output GST, Party Receivables) once
- Sync starts — initial historical sync optional
